THANK YOU, DISTRICT 1 NEIGHBORS! BUT THE WORK ISN'T DONE YET! VOTE FOR CAROL ON NOVEMBER 5!

Local Focus: District 1

Carol's concern is for local issues that affect District 1: managing growth, conserving our environment, affordable housing, veterans' care, being a good steward of our resources and not grandstanding on national issues!

FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY

Protecting Finances

Carol will vote against impractical or wasteful spending projects. She will also make sure that growth pays for itself through full collection of impact fees from developers at proper rates, not outdated rates.

Civic Engagement

Carol will get up close and personal with her constituents. She will respond meaningfully to emails and calls, and hold regular town halls. She will educate the public and improve communication from the BoCC and county staff.

Carol at Manatee Patriots Discussing Flooding

This week, Carol met with the Manatee Patriots again. She wasn't a formally slated speaker, but members are allowed to stand up and take a few minutes to discuss issues important to them. She promoted the upcoming citizen-led community forum this weekend, hosted by East Manatee Preservation Association. It will discuss the flooding, and land use issues. She will not be a featured speaker, but she will be helping with hosting duties.

Carol Back At Work In Her Activism

This is who she is, and what she does.

Win or lose, Carol Felts advocates for the people! She encourages better communication, and offers constructive criticism and ideas to make our county better. She's been doing this for years! And no other candidate other than the incumbent was there.

This is the energy she brings to the county and why we need her on the dais. Vote Carol Ann Felts for Manatee County District 1 Commissioner on November 5!
